Copyright Infringement Notification

Effective date: April 2026
ESLeCollege respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content posted on ESLeCollege infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification to us using the contact details at the bottom of this page. Please include all relevant information as described in the guidelines below.
01

Our Policy

It is our policy to respond to all notifications about copyright infringement as required by applicable regulations. Once a notification complying with these guidelines is received, ESLeCollege may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, or adopt such further action as we consider appropriate at our discretion.

ESLeCollege will not necessarily send a confirmation regarding any removal or disabling action taken.

02

Notification Requirements

To be valid, a copyright infringement notification must include all of the following:

  1. Your full name and a signature (a typed name is acceptable for electronic submissions).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or — if multiple works are involved — a list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to allow ESLeCollege to locate it on our site (for example, a URL).
  4. Your contact information, including name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and true.
Please note: You may be liable if you knowingly make a false claim that material infringes your copyright. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, we recommend seeking independent legal advice before submitting a notification.

If any of the above requirements are not fulfilled, the notification may not be considered valid and ESLeCollege may be unable to act on it.

03

Content Owners and Counter-Notifications

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Counter-notifications must also comply with the requirements above, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notification.

04

Zero tolerance for abusive content

ESLeCollege has a zero tolerance approach towards abusive content or files. To report abuse in relation to content or files on this site, please contact us with a clear summary and description of the issue.
