Your English teacher has given you a classmate’s email. Their name is Alex, and they are new to your class. Alex wrote: ‘Hi! I’m Alex. I’m 14 years old. I’m from Canada. What about you?’ Now you reply with your own information.

You should address:

  • Greet Alex with ‘Hi Alex,’
  • Give your name, age, and nationality
  • Close with ‘Take care,’ or ‘See you soon,’

Plan:

Introduction: Open the email with a friendly greeting.

Body: Tell Alex your name, age, and where you are from. Use ‘I am’ or contractions (I’m).

Conclusion: End politely with ‘Take care,’ or ‘See you soon,’
