Subject: Worst online purchase EVER
Hi Sofia,
You are not going to believe what happened to me! You know how I've been saving up for ages to buy those wireless headphones everyone's been talking about? Well, I finally ordered them last week — the reviews were amazing and they were half price in a sale, so I thought it was too good to pass up.
They arrived yesterday and honestly I could have cried. One of the ear cups was completely cracked and the sound only comes out of one side. I actually checked the box three times thinking I was imagining it!
So obviously I'm not just going to leave it. I've already emailed the seller and I'm going to demand a full refund — or at least a replacement. If they don't sort it out, I'll leave a review that'll make them regret it!
Anyway, wish me luck. I'll keep you updated!
Speak soon,
Jess
