Writing Task

Your friend Marco has sent you a message asking about your favorite subject at school. He wants to know which class you enjoy most and why. Here is his message:

‘Hi! What’s your favorite subject? I love history because it’s interesting. What about you?’

You should address:

  • Say hello and name your favorite subject
  • Give at least one reason why you like it (use ‘because’)
  • Ask Marco a follow-up question about school or his subjects

Plan:

Introduction: Greet Marco and state your favorite subject clearly.

Body: Explain one or two reasons why you enjoy this subject (e.g., fun, easy, useful, interesting).

Conclusion: Ask Marco a friendly question about his learning and sign off with a closing phrase.
